Can I cancel my order?
- All orders are custom-made and therefore, cancellations are non-refundable and considered final sale. It is your responsibility to read our terms before placing an order. However, if you do cancel within 24 hours, we will issue store credit for use on future orders. Please be mindful of this when placing a same-day order.
- For larger orders, grazing tables, or catered events, we require a minimum of 14 days' notice for cancellation in order to qualify for a partial refund. If you book Curated Spread less than 14 days prior to your event date, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please understand that a significant amount of planning goes into catered events.
- Please note that initial 30% deposits are non-refundable.

Where are you located?
We currently operate out of a commercial kitchen located at 3317 N. Mission Rd, Los Angeles, CA.
Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery within a 50-mile radius of our commercial kitchen in Lincoln Heights. Additionally, we provide delivery and catering services outside of this radius and are also available to travel outside of Los Angeles County and Orange County. Please get in touch with us to receive a precise quote.
Do you accommodate allergies or food intolerances?
Of course! We always make every effort to accommodate any allergies or food intolerances. Please be sure to inform us during checkout or in writing. It's important to note that while we do our best, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment, and cross-contamination may still occur!
Do you offer trades for social media?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any trades or free services to influencers, brands, companies, or celebrities. We are a small, woman and minority-owned business and are unable to provide our services for free. However, we are open to working within a budget that is mutually beneficial for both parties.
I am sending a gift. How will they know who it was gifted by?
We always welcome and encourage gifts. During checkout, there will be a "special instructions" tab where you can list the recipient's contact information and gift note. We will handwrite a note and attach it to the order. Someone from our team will follow up after your order has been successfully hand-delivered.
Can I modify my order?
Of course, we always do our best to accommodate any special requests regarding the items on your boards.
However, due to the seasonal availability of the produce and products we use, we may not always be able to guarantee modifications.
Will my order hold up for next day?
Absolutely, all of our boards are custom-made and have a shelf life of up to 24 hours when refrigerated. If you anticipate refrigerating the board, please inform us in advance, and we will tailor its preparation and ensure it is securely wrapped.
What if I forget about my delivery?
Our team hand-delivers every order unless a contactless delivery is requested. We will reach out if our staff is running late due to LA traffic.
For in-person deliveries, someone over 18 must be available to accept the order. Clear delivery instructions are required. If we can't reach you, we won't leave the order outside and a rescheduling fee will apply.
NO REFUNDS if you're unavailable to accept the order.
Are you licensed and insured?
Curated Spread is in full compliance with all necessary licenses for the County of Los Angeles and has obtained the required permits from the Health Department, achieving a perfect score of 100%. Companies requiring evidence of insurance or a W9 are kindly requested to contact us following the booking process.
Can I pick up my order?
Same-day orders are available every day and may be collected from our Lincoln Heights kitchen. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. However, recognizing the unpredictability of traffic, we kindly request that you notify us if you anticipate being delayed by more than 15 minutes.
